Refund & Return Policy

At TheFuelBased, your satisfaction and safety are our priority. Because we sell consumable health and food supplements, we follow strict hygiene and safety standards. For this reason, we generally cannot accept returns once a product has been delivered. However, we always stand behind the quality of what we sell — and we'll make things right in the cases below.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If your item arrives damaged, defective, expired, or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately — within 48 hours of delivery. We'll evaluate the issue and replace the product or refund you. To help us resolve it quickly, please send a photo of the product and your order details.

Non-Returnable Items

As a food supplement and health product retailer, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Opened or used supplements
  • Products with broken seals or damaged packaging (unless damaged on arrival)
  • Sale items and gift cards
  • Any product past its expiry date due to customer delay

Exchanges

If you received a damaged or incorrect item and it qualifies under our policy above, we'll arrange a replacement once we've reviewed your case. No need to repurchase — just contact us and we'll handle it.

Refunds

Once we've reviewed and approved your case, we'll process your refund or replacement. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, or via your preferred method for cash-on-delivery orders. Please allow a few business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.
