Where We Deliver
TheFuelBased delivers across all regions of Lebanon — from Beirut to every governorate. Wherever you are, we'll get your supplements to your door.
Delivery Times
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Once dispatched, delivery usually takes:
- Beirut & Mount Lebanon: 1–3 business days
- Other regions: 2–5 business days
Please note these are estimates. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier availability, weather, and road conditions. We're not responsible for delays caused by the courier or circumstances outside our control.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. Any current free-delivery offers or thresholds will be displayed on our website and applied automatically at checkout.
Cash on Delivery
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Lebanon. You pay the courier directly when your order arrives. Please have the exact amount ready to make the handover smooth.
Order Tracking
Once your order is on its way, we'll keep you updated. For any questions about where your order is, message us on Instagram @thefuelbased and we'll check on it for you.
Incorrect Address or Missed Delivery
Please make sure your delivery details and phone number are correct at checkout. If a delivery fails because of an incorrect address or because the courier couldn't reach you, additional delivery charges may apply for a second attempt.
Damaged or Wrong Items
Inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours through Instagram @thefuelbased and we'll make it right. See our Refund Policy for full details.
